Our chefs are from all over the world, and they are all unique and passionate about cooking.
We are currently seeking a full-time cook at cafeteria in an international school located in Karuizawa, Nagano.
Working Location:
5827-136 Nagakura, Karuizawa, Kitasaku District, Nagano 〒389-0111
(Car parking available.)
Work Description:
- Cooking from Scratch with love.
- Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
- Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
- Keep the kitchen looking fun and inviting, updating signage and displays.
- Monitor kitchen to ensure proper use of product and inventory control while keeping waste to a minimum.
- Ensure register is properly opened every day and ‘end of day’ is closed out every evening.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all staff and guests.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid visa to work in Japan.
- 2 years of work experience as a cook.
- Must work well within a team culture.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Working Days & Hours:
- 5 days/week (Wed & Thu off)
- 07:00 ~ 16:00, or
10:30 ~ 19:30
Salary:
￥230,000 / month
(Salary includes 37 hours overtime allowance)
