Work Description:

• Prepare all bakery and pastry items up to Cezars Kitchen’s high standard.
• Communicate with kitchen manager to decide daily pastry items for accounts.
• Cut dough into equal parts so that the each batch can have a uniform appearance.
• Always ensure that oven temperature is in accordance to the type of product being baked.
• Prepare icings according to recipes and decorate baked goods appropriately.
• Be a team player. Assist fellow team members if they are busy.
• Monitor bakery section to ensure proper use of product while keeping waste to a minimum.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all staff and guests.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid visa to work in Japan.
• 2 years of work experience as a cook.
• Must work well within a team culture.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
