We are currently seeking a part-time cook and baker at our central kitchen located in Minato-ward, Tokyo.
Working Location:
2 Chome-5-13 Takanawa, Minato City, Tokyo 〒108-0074
Work Description:
- Cooking from Scratch with love
- Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
- Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
- Monitor kitchen to ensure proper use of product and inventory control while keeping waste to a minimum.
- Prepare all bakery and pastry items up to Cezars Kitchen's high standard.
- Assist with kitchen activities and support kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid visa to work in Japan.
- Prior experience as a professional cook or baker.
- Must work well within a team culture.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Working Days & Hours:
- 5 days/week (Mon ~ Fri)
- 7:00 ~ 14:00
Salary:
￥1,300 ~ ￥1,350 / hour
