Cezars International K.K. is looking for a skilled Information Technology Manager who can oversee the IT areas of our growing business. The right person will have several years of experience in IT Management that will include expertise in networking within a medium size organization, website development and maintenance on a variety of platforms such as WordPress and Magento.

General responsibilities include overall maintenance of our hardware and software needs with approximately 100 computers, across several offices.

This is a full time position that will include travel to locations throughout Japan as needed. Those who apply should be proactive in their approach to continuous improvement to IT Management.

Required Qualifications:

Strong ability to meet target deadlines and manage time effectively
Ability to multi-task with excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment, and comfortable working with little guidance or oversight
Strong network understanding in TCP/IP, routing and switching

Remuneration:

Salary: ¥350,000 ~ / month
(total package - based on experience)

Specific Duties:

Managing regular backups of all machines.
Design, configure, manage systems and network for the entire office.
Provide remote support service for off-site locations in Japan and abroad.
Manage LAN and WAN networks; network hardware and VPN services.
Manage all Windows and CENOS servers including hardware/software upgrades and patching of OS and applications.
Administer user accounts, rights, security and distribution groups, securing resource/share folders with permissions.
Comply with and help to enforce standard operating policies and procedures.
Manage OS Ticket system, ensuring tickets are addressed and closed. Escalate issue to next level of support as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Manage PC/Laptop setup using standard hardware, images and software.
Onboarding and off boarding IT related tasks.
Website support, including PHP and Data Base management.
Social media management
