The primary job responsibility of this sales position is to carry out sales related activities in response to the numerous sales leads we are currently receiving for apartments in the Nagoya/Aichi area from the expat market and to report results to the Director of Sales and Business Development.
The right person for this position will be sales oriented in nature. They will possess an internal excitement towards business development and growth. This position offers the right person the potential for personal financial growth as the compensation will be a combination of base salary and commission.

Basic Requirements:
- English: Business level
- Japanese: Business level
- Must currently reside in Japan
- Visa sponsorship available
Basic Details:
- Work Type: Full Time / Part time Experienced (Manager)
- Salary: Negotiable Salary plus commission (Commensurate with experience)
- Location: Nagoya, Aichi
Specific Tasks:
Sales:
- Sales of rental apartments for local Nagoya residence
- Respond to client inquiries for finding an apartment
- Build the rental business for apartments in the Nagoya market
- Develop and maintain relationships with building owners and management companies
Operations:
- Manager and Director as requested
- Comply with established company rules and guidelines
- Receive /Accept sales inquiries and assign tasks to your team.
- Ensure that your team has completed the necessary preparation for assigned services and recorded progress accordingly
- Ensure that dates and times for clients/leads services are accurately recorded on the office schedule
- Maintain email correspondence standards throughout your team (24 hour reply rule, email templates, etc.)
- Check housing contracts, serviced property item orders, and property set-up arrangements for errors (delivery dates, duplicate items, missing essential items, etc.)
- Manage the collection and filing of documents and information for your team’s clients/leads.
- Ensure that sales logs and other reports for clients/leads are completed and submitted as directed.
