Role:

Drink Creation & Service: Quickly and efficiently serve delicious drinks based on customer requests.
Counter Management: Maintain a clean and organized bar counter, ensuring smooth operations.
Customer Communication: Engage with customers, create a fun atmosphere, and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

Japanese comprehension / English conversational level is a plus
Knowledge and passion for drinks (experience preferred)
Must have a valid work visa or Japanese citizenship
Currently living in Nagoya or willing to relocate
Positive and friendly attitude
Ability to work well in a team
Desire for personal growth and self-improvement
Flexible and adaptable

Basic Details:

Job Title: Bartender
Employment Type: Part-Time
Location: Nagoya (1-minute walk from Fushimi Subway Station)
Working Hours: 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Flexible)

General Duties:

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

Drink creation & service
Counter management
Customer service & order taking
Communication with customers
Inventory management

Remuneration:

Hourly Wage: ¥1,150 (¥1,100 during the 3-month trial period)
