Qualifications:
- Japanese comprehension / Daily conversational English level preferred
- Experience in shift management and management roles
- Knowledge and experience in customer service and hospitality
- Experience as a team leader
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Experience in providing training and guidance
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and the ability to work towards achieving goals
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Financial management skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Currently residing in Nagoya or willing to relocate
Basic Details:
- Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Nagoya (1-minute walk from Fushimi Subway Station)
- Working Hours:
- Standard Work Week: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (40 hours per week)
- 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Flexible)
Remuneration:
- Salary: from ¥280,000 and up (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
