Qualifications:

• Japanese comprehension / Daily conversational English level preferred
• Experience in shift management and management roles
• Knowledge and experience in customer service and hospitality
• Experience as a team leader
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Experience in providing training and guidance
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Attention to detail and the ability to work towards achieving goals

• Currently residing in Nagoya or willing to relocate

Basic Details:

• Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Nagoya (1-minute walk from Fushimi Subway Station)
• Working Hours:
• Standard Work Week: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (40 hours per week)
• 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Flexible)
