manager and/or
assistant manager roles. These positions are

Role and General Job Description
A
bar & restaurant manager controls and directs a group of team members using effective feedback and communication of company goals while assessing work performance and identifying areas for improvement and training opportunities. They communicate business goals, project deadlines, and staff performance. A manager uses industry, as well as proprietary company knowledge to offer an outstanding, customer-focused experience.

Specific Duties:
- Manage all team members in duties and performance, providing feedback where necessary, and reporting team strengths and weaknesses to management
- Monitor and control costs
- Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to exceed goals and create a positive environment during shifts
- Hiring and terminating decisions when necessary
- Train new team members in company standards, customer service, and job duties
- Oversee work quality and verifiy the satisfactory meeting of company and regulation standards
- Work with other managers to set and evaluate stock, logistics, projects, and overall goals
- Strictly adhere to deadlines by communicating expectations to team members, setting goals, motivating team members, and disciplining where necessary
- Connect with customers and develop strong relationships to encourage repeat patronage
- Create an atmosphere that fosters delivering superior customer service
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products and services, and offer technical support and information to team members
- Audit and oversee sales goal, employee development, and business development records and statistics
