Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our business.

Role:
As a supervisor, you will play a key role in improving team performance by providing effective feedback, evaluating job performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for managing sales goals, project progress, and evaluating the team's abilities in collaboration with the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Japanese; conversational English skills are a plus.
- Practical experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- A proactive approach to business improvement and skill development.

Basic Details:

- Working Hours:
- Standard Work Week: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (40 hours per week)
- 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Flexible)
Remuneration:
- Salary:
¥230,000 and up
(negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

General Duties:
- Manage team members’ work, provide feedback, and assess strengths and weaknesses, reporting to management.
- Boost team morale, drive goal achievement, and create a proactive work environment.
- Assist with employment and contract decisions, and provide necessary training.
- Oversee the quality of customer service, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Set goals and evaluate team performance to maximize results.
- Build strong customer relationships and attract regular customers.
- Promote high-quality customer service.
- Deepen knowledge of the company’s products and services, providing technical support to team members.
- Achieve sales goals, develop staff, and manage business progress.
